January in pictures

January came and went so fast!  It seems like time goes by so fast lately....I feel like I'm going to blink and Luke will be in kindergarten 😔.  Here are some pics of the boys!

The flu hit our house so we got some extra cuddle time with these two.  Luckily it was in and out in two days.

Fun at the zoo!  The boys love going to the zoo.  There is also a giraffe roaming around there with one of Carson's pacifiers 😁. 

Christmas 2014

It's has been a crazy busy, but fun, December.  I think we had something every single weekend.  We had a wonderful Christmas Eve with my family then flew to Amarillo to see the Bullards.  Here is picture overload :).

Carson is 15 months

Carson's 15 month stats:

Weight: 19lbs 13oz - 10%

Carson just had his 15 month appointment...wow how time flies!  We were looking back at the blog to see Luke's stats and realized at Luke's 15 month appointment we were less than month from Carson being born.  So, so crazy to think we had a newborn and a 15 month old. I could not even imagine having a newborn right now 😁.  Here are some pics and what you are up to now!

-You are into everything....so much that we are having a "baby proofer" come to the house and put the cabinets and drawers on lock down.  You like to take everything out of every single cabinet and spead it across the house.  

-You love the toilet...if it's quiet and we lose sight of you there is a 99% chance you are splashing in it....so gross 😄

-You love the bath...you could stay in it forever!  It's a complete meltdown when we take you out. 

-You still eat anything and everything. 

-You love stuffed animals.

-You say "what's that" to everything you walk past....you are a curious little boy! 

-You sleep great and rarely ever fight bed time. 

-We love, love watching you and Luke together!  We can't wait to celebrate Christmas with all the family!

Who needs Christmas presents when you have a big box!  Santa pics....always love seeing everyone's each year! 

Beautiful lights!  The boys loved them.  Love this time of year and there is just something so pretty about wrapped presents under a Christmas tree.  

Trains at North Park.  Poor Luke was heart broken when we had to leave.  He cried the entire way home.  That boy loves his trains!

November in pictures!

We had such a wonderful November! We had lots of time with family which was great!  We went to Amarillo, the Bullard's came here and we had tons of family in for Thanksgiving!  Here are some pictures!

Halloween!

We had a great time celebrating Halloween with the boys!  We had lots of festivities so by the time the actual day came around we were a little worn out.  We made chili and just went to a few houses in the neighborhood.  It was a perfect night!

Fall so far!

I love, love this time of year!!  Cooler weather, football, Halloween, Thanksgiving...the list goes on and on.  We have so much fun enjoying the cooler weather with the boys!  We have already been to the Arboretum a few times.  Their pumpkin display is unlike anything I've ever seen.  So pretty!  

The boys are growing and getting more fun everyday!  Carson has had a busy few months....he went from literally not eating anything to eating EVERYTHING in sight.  Holy moly we are going to keep Costco in business.  These boys can throw down some serious food!  It's unreal!  Everything goes in Carson's mouth....dirt, leaves, acorns, shoes, Luke's food, our food, random food on the floor, toys, cords...oh how he loves cords.  He's into pretty much everything!  He loves to make as much noise as possible and take all of Luke's toys! :)  He is officially walking and taking tons of steps in a row but will crawl a lot because he can get there faster.  Such a busy, fun boy!!  Just love him more everyday! 

Luke has become my little cuddler...I absolutely love this.  He gives the best hugs ever!!!  He did so great in his toddler bed in the beginning but he's taken a BIG step back....he's gets out of bed about 15 times a night....give or take a few.  He will just open our door and stand over our bed.  Kinda creepy, yet sweet at the same time :).  He still wakes up anywhere from 445-530....we have officially given up on the fact that this is just a stage.  He is just our super early riser :).  He's at the age where he gets scared at night.  Storms pretty much guarantee him sleeping on a palet on our floor.  Love these boys so much!

Happy 1st Birthday Sweet Carson!!

I honestly can't believe this year has gone by so fast and my sweet boy is already one!  It's such a weird feeling of wanting to see them grow to the next stage but also wishing you could freeze time!  We have had so much fun with the boys and can't imagine life without them!  Here is what Carson is up to!

One year stats

Weight:  18.75lbs ~ 7th %

Height:  29in ~ 9th %

-You are babbling a lot and will say a few words and shake your head no.  

-You still don't love people food.  You typically chew it and spit it out but we are making progress. :)

-You love your brother and always want to be right by him.

-You love to throw and chase balls...it keeps you entertained for hours!

-You are pulling up on things like crazy but not quite walking yet.

-You sleep through the night but have recently started waking up every morning at 4am.  We are hoping this passes soon.  

-You have the sweetest smile and the best laugh!

-You loved to be held and cuddled!  I absolutely love this and try to soak it up as much as I can :).  

We love you so very much and can't wait to see you grow up!  Happy Happy Birthday, sweet boy!!

Here are some pictures of his Carwash party!  We had an absolute blast!!!!!  The kids loved taking their wheels through the wash.  We have pulled it back out a few more times!  Luke keeps saying "fun party!!"  He loved it!

We LOVED meeting sweet baby Nathan!!! I can't wait to see this sweet boy again!!  Thank you Brittany, Mo and Jack for making the trip here!  The boys had an absolute blast with you guys!!
